I’d like to personally welcome each of you to the East Mississippi Baptist State Convention. It’s an exciting time for the Woman’s Auxiliary, as we continue to grow and adapt, but remaining always
adaptable, motivated and open to change.
More than two years ago, we, along with the rest of the world, experienced an unprecedented change in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic. Among the many adjustments to our lifestyle, from in person to zoom, to social distancing guidelines.
In a short amount of time, we adapted to new platforms and tools that we previously had no experience using. We have reinvented what gathering means and looks like, and our journey wasn’t
without hardship and frustration along the way.
We know that you’ve longed for a return back into a setting as it once was. For these reasons and more, we thank you for going above and sticking by this woman’s auxiliary throughout these years,
as we look forward to the Annual Session of the Convention to be held with the Scott County District Missionary Baptist Association, 2557 Hwy 80 West, Morton, Ms.
