The 123rd Annual Session of the Woman’s Auxiliary is swiftly approaching. The session will convene October 23 – October 26, 2023, at West Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 10530 Woods Rd., Meridian, Mississippi 39301, Rev. Odell Hopkins, Host Pastor, Rev. James Granger, Host Moderator, Sister Barbara Perry, Host District Director, Sister Louise Conley, Host Local Mission Director. On Tuesday evening, October 24, 2023, and each day of the convention, the finance committee will be available at 3:00 p.m. to receive On Site Registration. We encourage those that can and will to pre-register before October 10, 2023.
The Woman’s Auxiliary Plenary Session will officially open at 4:15 p.m. each day. I encourage each of you to mark your calendars and make every effort to join us for an exciting time of prayer, praise, worship, and Kingdom work. The attire for Tuesday & Wednesday is White. Each evening at 7:00 p.m., each auxiliary director will present their annual address. Tuesday, October 24, 2023, will be the Laymen Director’s Address, Wednesday, October 25, 2023, Woman’s Auxiliary Director’s Address, and Thursday, October 26, 2023, the Convention President Annual Address. During the Women’s Auxiliary Director’s Hour, we are asking the ladies to add a touch of red.
On Tuesday, October 24,2023, we will give special honor to a sister from each district, who was a faithful member, and an active supporter of the convention, local church, and in their district, in the “Lest We Forget” Presentation.
